Howard Finger has a strong legal background, having practised law in both England and Hong Kong, where he was a company and commercial law partner. He is also one of the most experienced B2B e-commerce executives working in the international market and is a much sought-after speaker and corporate adviser. Before VinciWorks, Howard spent eight years as a top-level manager at Global Sources (NASDAQ: GSOL), where he pioneered international e-commerce and helped the company become one of the world's largest B2B marketplaces with more than US$100 million in annual revenues. Howard has rich experience in strategic business modelling, negotiating joint ventures, product design, and sales and marketing. He graduated with honours with a Bachelor's degree in Business Law and qualified as a solicitor at the Law Society’s College of Law.
