This course, Valuation Process: Special Issues deals with the concept of value and the situations where valuation is necessary. It covers the concepts of value, its general issues and various definitions and the implications of value and how they relate to difference parties.
The course also deals with factors to take into consideration when preparing a valuation report. You will learn about valuation in commercial purchases, Articles of Association and Shareholders’ Agreements and finally, you will learn how valuation is used in litigation and other situations such as divorce.
