Anti-Bribery and Corruption UK Course

This course is designed to raise awareness of the most common issues relating to bribery and corruption that national and international businesses may face. The course tests what has been learnt using interactive scenarios and a multiple choice course assessment.

Fundamentals of Outcomes-Focused Regulation Course

This new course introduces you to the Solicitors Regulation Authority's (SRA) Outcomes-Focused Regulation which came into effect in England and Wales on 6th October 2011. The OFR Course explores the new responsibilities that are placed on both law firms and individuals under OFR and highlights the differences between OFR and the old regulatory environment. The course explains the SRA Handbook and Code of Conduct and the impact they will have on day-to-day life in a law firm.

This course aims to refresh the knowledge gained in the Anti-Money Laundering course. It acts as a reminder on the most significant areas of the anti-money laundering requirements and ensures the learner remains aware of the importance of compliance with the firm’s anti-money laundering systems and procedures.
